As part of a cosmetic assessment this lady expressed several concerns with the appearance of her smile. She did not like the black margins of her old crowns, she thought the front crowns appeared too short, the edges of the teeth were slightly uneven in length and the front four teeth slightly crooked.
As part of any plan we always try to achieve the best results with the least amount of intervention. For this lady we raised the gums of the front four teeth with cosmetic crown lengthening, then we replaced the front two crowns with All ceramic crowns and placed Lumineers on her two side incisors.
She was delighted with her new smile !! The Front four teeth are now the right length and width. The edges of her teeth follow her lower lip as they should to appear attractive. The teeth are all smooth and not crooked. However, importantly we did not damage any further teeth.
